HOW WE WORK (OLI G'S GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS)

1. Acceptance

If you place an order with OLI G, you agree to the general terms and conditions of delivery as described on this page.

2. Service and accessibility

2.1 Accessibility

The easiest way to reach us is by email at info@oligclub.nl. If you have any questions about an order, you can also call us. We can be reached on 06-83310538. You can also reach us via Facebook Messenger (chat) or Whatsapp (chat).

2.2 Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive your package within 3 working days at the latest.

2.3 Shipping costs

For delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium, no shipping costs are charged above an order amount of 39.50 euros. Below this, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

3. Your rights as a customer

3.1 You can cancel orders

You may always cancel your order for products from OLI G within 14 days. You can do this by first contacting us and returning the products to us. You can return to our packing center:

If you want to return the products after receipt, we expect you to handle the products with care, so that we can receive the products back in good condition. The return postage costs are at your expense. Place a note with your details in your return package, so that we know where it came from.

3.2 Repair delivery

We will of course do our utmost to ensure that everything goes according to your expectations. If something did not go as you expected, we will resolve it as quickly as possible. If your order has not arrived correctly, we will send you a replacement package. Please feel free to contact us if something is not as you expected.

3.3 Refund

If you have returned a package and we have received it back in its original condition, we will immediately refund the purchase amount to your account (the account used for payment). The amount will then be back in your account within three working days.

4. Our offer

4.1 Validity

If our offer has a limited period of validity or certain conditions, we always clearly state this in the offer.

4.2 Description

We do our best to describe the offer as accurately as possible and to make the images as truthful as possible, so that you can make a good decision. If we make a mistake somewhere, it can unfortunately happen and you cannot hold us to it. The offer always includes the price including VAT, any delivery costs, what you need to do to order, how you can cancel, how you can pay and how you can contact us.

5. Personal Data Protection Act

We record your data in our central file. In this way we keep you informed of new developments about OLI G. We always adhere to the rules of the Personal Data Protection Act. We will never pass on your details to others, including your email address. If you no longer wish to be kept informed, you can always unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of each email.

6. Warranty

You can rest assured that what is on the packaging is actually in the products. We guarantee that. The warranty period is as long as the expiration date on the packaging. 

7. Liability

Any product liability of OLI G is limited to the amount that our non-life insurance pays out in the event of a justified claim. OLI G's liability (other than product liability) is limited to direct damage and the amount of the net invoice value of the product. OLI G is not liable for any form of indirect damage.

8. General

8.1 OLI G

OLI G is a registered trademark of Hunter1114/ManTycoon, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Den Bosch under number 74904981. The VAT number is NL860069060B01. OLI G is located at Proosdijstraat 5, 5236AT DEN BOSCH.   This is also our store, visiting and postal address.

8.2 Resale

You are not intended to resell our products to third parties via (online) sales platforms or web shops without our permission.

8.3 Applicable law and competent court

Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements. All disputes will be settled exclusively by the competent Dutch court.

These conditions apply if you place an order with OLI G or if you authorize OLI G to debit the order amount from your bank account. You can see them before placing an order. If you have returned products, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but always within 14 days after confirmation of receipt of the return shipment. Did we make a payment error? You can complain for 3 months and then we will refund the money.
