HOW WE WORK (HARMONIFY – GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS)

1. Acceptance

By placing an order with HARMONIFY, you agree to the general terms and conditions of delivery as described on this page.

2. Service and Accessibility

2.1 Accessibility

If you have any questions regarding your order, you may also contact us by phone or via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger (chat).

2.2 Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days.
You will receive your package within a maximum of 3 business days, depending on your location.

2.3 Shipping Costs

For deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is free for orders over €39.50.
Orders below this amount will be charged standard shipping costs.


3. Your Rights as a Customer

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase.
To do so, please contact us first and return the products to our fulfillment center:

Returned products must be handled with care and returned in good condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please include a note with your order details inside the return package.

3.2 Replacement Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will resolve the issue promptly.
When necessary, a replacement shipment will be sent at no additional cost.
Please contact us if anything is not as expected.

3.3 Refunds

Once we receive your return in its original condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method used.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receipt of the return.


4. Our Offer

4.1 Validity

If an offer is subject to limited availability or specific conditions, this will always be clearly stated.

4.2 Product Description

We strive to describe all products and images as accurately as possible.
Minor errors or inaccuracies may occur and do not entitle customers to claims.
All prices include tax and clearly state delivery costs, payment methods, cancellation rights, and contact details.

Your information will never be shared with third parties.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in our emails.


6. Warranty

We guarantee that the contents of our products correspond exactly with the information stated on the packaging.
The warranty period extends until the expiration date indicated on the product.


7. Liability

HARMONIFY’s product liability is limited to the amount covered by its insurance in the event of a valid claim.
Any other liability is limited to direct damages only, up to the net invoice value of the product.
HARMONIFY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.


8. General

8.2 Resale

Resale of HARMONIFY products via third-party platforms or webshops is not permitted without written authorization.

8.3 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed exclusively by USA law.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent USA court.


These conditions apply to all orders placed with HARMONIFY.
Refunds for returned products will be issued as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after confirmation of receipt.
If a payment error occurs, customers may submit a complaint within 3 months, after which the amount will be refunded.
